Enhancement description

As a part of the usability improvements the Service API of Infrastructure Services which allows users to have the service-as-a-library functionality, has been renamed to Library API to better convey the intention.

We should update all folder names, README instructions to factor in this change to maintain consistency in the terminology used in our examples.
