Currently, the output scoped CSS has sensible whitespace defaults, but maybe this should be configurable.

Optional last semicolons: #8

I think perhaps "Pretty", "Condensed" and "Minimal" output modes (or something along those lines) might be sufficient rather than fully customizable whitespace.

Configurable hash suffix length seems like a good idea as well
