1.Refactor ETL Pipeline around individual subcomponents
2.Integrate ligand cheminfo
3.Update database

Document the steps taken for the structure to materialize from PDB into neo4j.
Document here the opportuninities for github workflows.

render ligand chem class for all ligands and connect them to db
