x32: most of the tests are failing #1306

Most of the tests are failing on x32 with
mold: fatal: unknown -m argument: elf32_x86_64

5% tests passed, 359 tests failed out of 377
on Debian:

Isn't x32 effectively deprecated now? My understanding is that the interest in it was too low that Intel gave up with it.
