Closing PR and Atlantis

Hey folks,

I was wondering what the intended behaviour was when closing a pull request. Will Atlantis:

• just cancel all existing plans and unlock?
• keep those locks around and wait for people to manually unlock, in case the PR gets reopened?
• something else?

To be clear, I'm talking about closed, not merged.

I believe the first one is expected. What have you observed?

The second one. I expected the first one too, but when I looked at the PR in question, the usual Plans were discarded and unlocked kind of message was not visible. Running atlantis unlock manually did what I expected after that

To be honest, we are 71 commits behind the latest, let me try deploying the latest and seeing if that resolves it
