3D rendering issues on IE11 #4

Whilst IE11 text rendering is much nicer than Chrome/Windows, the paper-fold slide on IE11 doesn't look correct.

Thanks for the report! Unfortunately IE11 does not fully support 3D-transforms, although partial support does mean many of these slides can render as intended (even if they aren't right now). I should probably switch Modernizr tests and use the preserve-3d feature detect, which will avoid false positives in IE10 for instance.

In the mean-time I can probably clean up some of the other slides in addition to this one, so I'll leave this ticket open as a general IE11 issue. Feel free to add more screenshots or debug info for IE11.
