porting fixes from v2 re #328.

slackauth updated to v0.3.1

2 new flags for auth:

  -user-agent string
    	override the user agent string for EZ-Login 3000. It defaults to slackauth.DefaultUserAgent.
 -autologin-timeout timeout
    	headless autologin timeout, without the browser starting time, just the interaction time (default 40s)
