Error in malloc while running with thread sanitizer #79836

I tried this code:

mod tests {
    #[test]
    fn it_works() {
        assert_eq!(2 + 2, 4);
    }
}

Then I ran RUSTFLAGS="-Z sanitizer=thread" cargo +nightly test --target x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu -j 8 --lib

I expected to see this happen : the test should pass

Instead, this happened:

Thread sanitizer requires rebuilding the standard library with cargo -Zbuild-std:

env RUSTFLAGS=-Zsanitizer=thread cargo +nightly test -Zbuild-std --target x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu
