Description:

Sign in/code screen to have approval from user to be receiving marketing emails during signup.
We will always show approval for marketing, even user would have selected to opt out or opt in.

Default setting is opt in, so checkbox is checked.

Marketing setting or notification settings
Permission from user to send marketing emails

Link to web page for user to be able to remove himself from marketing lists (need to improve https://ruuvi.com/join/ to be able to uncheck and save)
