How does this load Cherrypy, when it is not a dependency in setup.py and you never import it into the project at the top?

I'm not totally sure. I always thought that if Cherrypy was available (added to the virtualenv, or installed system-wide by an admin), then it will be automatically be used. Same for the other servers.
