Show recently updated packages in the sidebar on pages about packages

Right now, the website shows recently updates apps in the sidebar on every page that does not override it.

Now, for pages containing lists of packages, it may make sense to show a list of recently updated packages, perhaps even with the selected filters applied (e.g. on the page with apps in the office category, it would show the recently updated office apps).
