日本語表記にするとなんて読むんでしょうか？

カンファレンスとか行けない人なので、略称みたいな単語の読み方には苦労します。
windows azure(あじゅーる)が読めるまでに5年、
Qt(きゅーと)が読めるまでに15年かかったっていうのは笑い話ですが。

Microsoft の人からみたいなので自信をもって使っていいと思います。
MSIX is an initialism. As such, it's pronounced as a set of letters: "M" "S" "I" "X".
