Schema Dump Tool

Hey, just wondering if there are plans (or any interest) in adding some kind of schema dump functionality. I'm thinking of something similar to rails' schema:dump task.

This would be useful for version control, i.e. being able to see the big picture of a change as opposed to an isolated ALTER statement. It's also helpful in test environments to be able to quickly recreate the database from scratch.
