Checkout All does not work before metadata is downloaded

When I add a remote library it gives me the option to checkout all items.
If I select yes - it does not start to download items.
I have to select checkout all again through the options to start the download.

Perhaps we should remove the options of checking out all on import, or set up a flag so that it starts once metadata is downloaded.
