[Plus UI] Add a cleanup option to reset windows position, size and state

This is related to the issue #1169 that was recently fixed with this commit.

In order to see the fix correctly applied, I had to go into Sandboxie-Plus.ini in order to remove manually all the [*Window] sections except the one called [Options] that stores all the relevant Plus settings.

Describe the solution you'd like

That's why I already proposed a new UI option to reset all the windows references like Window_Geometry and Window_State.

According to David, it should be placed near to the "Reset all hidden messages" entry in the "Options" menu.
