Tracer Model P2 - selectable plots

In the grid - selecting a plot (cell) should updates the controls in the table and the coloring of columns/rows, etc.

Right now, the table is unassociated and really has no controls b/c it is not coupled with the plot any longer. In the future, we would like to bring the controls back but need to associate a plot (i.e., selectable plots) with the table for temporary control updates.
