Requirements

We run the code under the Python 3 computing environment by using the following libraries:

• pyleoclim
• scipy
• xarray

Paleo Hydrodynamics Data Assimilation (PHYDA) (Steiger et al, 2018) was accessed via NOAA/NCEI Paleoclimatology data library.
