We should have an email account for management that doesn't blast the group.

I just requested scml@ucsc.edu and scmlcoop@ucsc.edu, which has a 6 day delivery time.

The accounts are truncated on creation to 8 characters, but we can use an email alias for something nicer like santacruzml@ucsc.edu, for example.

To close this issue I'll set up this account and make a Pull Request with the resulting emails.
