eBay login form not recognized #6
Comments
Thanks for the report. Please give https://github.com/sarahavilov/logmein/blob/master/src/jid1-Ptzss5HIFsnISg@jetpack-0.2.2b1.xpi?raw=true a try and let me know if it works on ebay or not To install open about:debugging in a browser tab and point it to the downloaded XPI. Please use the dev version for awhile and report back if you observe any bugs. I have improved form detection technique and would like to make sure it is not too aggressive. |
Wow, that was fast :). eBay works now. However, after some testing I found an example where Log Me In is too "liberal": https://meta.tagesschau.de/id/113459/messi-bekommt-im-steuerstrafprozess-haftstrafe-auf-bewaehrung The big key icon appears, but I don't have an account there (the add-on button also shows no number). EDIT: |
It still doesn't work everywhere as SecureLogin does. Do you plan to fix this or not? |
Hi,
I tried this add-on to replace Secure Login and so far it works fine. The only problem is eBay where the login form is not recognized. I think the problem is that the form receives a new random ID after every visit/reload and thus the saved ID in the password manager doesn't match the ID of the login form anymore.
Is it possible to implement some kind of workaround?
