Is there a vignette/updated pipeline for Akoya qptiffs? #9463

Hi,
I am curious about running Phenocycler Fusion (formerly CODEX) data from akoya, but the output is different and does not include a CSV and is just a qptiff. Is there another vignette or an updated pipeline from the previous version that requires the csv file from this: https://satijalab.org/seurat/articles/seurat5_spatial_vignette_2#human-lymph-node-akoya-codex-system
