would you consider compiling windows binaries?

I don't have a Windows machine, and I'm not gonna be setting up a build machine to do this, sorry.

I am not sure if GtkDialog can be compiled for Windows, to be honest - although any Windows with Bash and GTK setup properly should be able to run GtkDialog, and thus the rom-loader bash scripts...

However, Rom-Loader also relies on paths like /root/.paloader/<config files>, and /usr/share/paloader/<stuff here>, so those paths and files would need to be setup too ..

As for rejoystick, one of the other dependencies, this would not work in Windows I think, but here is a similar program, that does a similar job (remapping keyboard keys to joypads) in Windows: https://alternativeto.net/software/keysticks/

Due to the issues above, and the fact that there are already lots of emulation/gaming frontends available for Windows far better than Rom-Loader, so I'm almost certainly not going to make it available for Windows.

I'm happy to update the README with links to any Windows builds of the relevant libraries/dependencies, or any tutorials for Windows required though.
