Partial functionality with Bazel

When setting up nvim-metals to work in Bazel Build environment, some functionality is working, e.g. goto definition, while other is not working, e.g rename symbol.
When running MetalsRunDoctor it looks like SemanticDB is not healthy.
I'm not sure whether this might be the cause or not. Is there some way to understand what is causing it?
If SemanticDB is indeed the cause, are there some troubleshooting instructions for debugging, or setting it up?

Hey @aSapien, so I'm not incredibly familiar with Bazel, but did you check out the instructions on this page where it talks about making sure the semanticdb plugin is enabled? If not, I'd recommend starting there.

Thanks @ckipp01. I will try to set up Mezel as per the suggestion in the docs and see where this takes me.
