Counting on US is the winner of ``NYC Health 2.0 Big Data Code-a-Thon''.
The code is Django-based without external database. Thus, if you have
Django, it must be extremely easy to run.

The website leverages data from Centers for Disease Control (CDC) data 
warehouse, which can be found here: http://www.cdc.gov/DataStatistics/,
can creates simple figure interpretations.
