Wego on when using the OpenWeatherMap backend is unable to hide the forecast, showing at least one day.

Both wego 0 and wego -days 0 should hide the forecast entirely, which seemingly works on the other backends.
This is a reintroduction of a previously fixed bug: #90

There is already a PR to fix this bug: #175
