Issue when sending files/folders on a different drive letter #809

For example if I try sending a folder on a PCs E: drive, and the receiver doesn't have an E: drive, it doesn't successfully send. I am on Windows 10 on both PCs.

@schollz what kind of behavior do we want here? I think we can do something like:

  1. Check if the recipient has the destination path, then send it
  2. If not, then we can send it to the Download folder or the current folder

The received should receive in the folder they ran the croc program
