Release of Mark Man a open (source) world game

We arent going to release the source code (never on github) as long as this game is not in a usable state.
We are happy to see src requests for own purpose as we support a free world.

Changelogs will be seen in the wiki in the src repo or here with only the latest version: release and beta/alpha accordingly

like nothing except for two player base? and multiplayer support like someday

basic mp controls added cam focused only on p1.

ctrls are:

wasd and space for p1
left right up down and shift for p2
not that this is for a qwertz keyboard
