Testing new GH workflow for automatic package release ti PYPI

Bug fixes

numerous bug fixes that we accumulated thanks to the community

• Since the 2019 release we have merged in 10+ PRs but no new release was made to PyPI.
• This release has a wide range of fixes and small feature additions. (PR's from #65 to #103)

With lot's of fixes from the lovely Boruta community.
