Bug: Footer links are broken

I'm sure this is just a result of the demo site being a demo site, but let me just record it here regardless: None of the links in the footer on http://pr-40-scipy-sphinx-theme-v2.surge.sh/ do anything. This also happens on the deployed NumPy documentation though.

This is because those are the links for the new numpy.org website that's in the works, so they'll start working once that site is deployed.

That said, ability to turn off the footer would be good, because we want to use the same theme for the SciPy docs and there linking to NumPy pages doesn't make sense.
