there is some misconfiguration on ssh, that prevents to clone from private repo, when trying to clone build fails with message

Cloning into 'amqp-library-php'...
Bad owner or permissions on /etc/ssh/ssh_config.d/05-redhat.conf
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.

/etc/ssh/ssh_config.d/05-redhat.conf have root:root ownership, if you just remove it on pre-assembly step, everything will work fine
