Emojis scrambled in picker in v 3.0.x

The Emojis you see in the picker don't match the emojis that are picked. The names and codes are correct, but the emojis shown are wrong.

And in case you aren't seeing what I'm seeing:

That isn't the grinning face, and so forth. The problem seems to have shown up in version 3.0.0.
