Wiki needs to be moved to /external/

As part of new compliance with my new GitHub standards, the /ProjectWiki/ directory will need to be moved to the /External/ directory.

Part 1 is finished, I reuploaded the projectWiki to the new directory. All that is left is to delete the remaining original.

Part 2 is now finished. I deleted the original 16 files. This issue is now closed, as I have fixed the issue.
