Delete IGNORE.md files prior to June 11th 2020

IGNORE.md files are template files and are bloat to the project. All folders from June 10th 2020 and below have unnecessary IGNORE.md files that need to be deleted.

I have started to make progress on this today, but I am going to be taking a break for now. I have removed all the IGNORE.md files that aren't necessary for all of June 2020, but I still have to dip down to May 2020 and lower. I don't feel like doing this right now, I am taking a break; this is just a status update.

I have forgotten to close this, I have been keeping up with this very well lately, and this issue is no longer relevant. This issue is now closed.
