Clarify which metrics expect output of survival function vs output of cumulative hazard function

I am unsure which metrics provided in the library (concordance_index_*, integrated_brier_score, cumulative_dynamic_auc) expect the output of the survival function vs the output of the cumulative hazard function. I have read the documentation, but am still struggling to get some clear guidelines in terms of the estimate inputs expected by those metric functions.

I am looking to evaluate coxnet and ensembles.
