[Easy and Important] Get 5.8.0 release out of sync with NPM

Hi! It looks like the most recent version in this repo is 5.8.0, but on NPM the most recent version is 5.7.0? https://www.npmjs.com/package/@segment/consent-manager?activeTab=versions

Could we get these two in sync? 5.8.0 has a few blocking fixes for using segment in our product. Thank you!

@edsonjab Any updates on when 5.8.0 will be available on npm? I raised the same issue (#315) on March 29.
