Very cool results - and very helpful! Were you able to inspect which value needs to be sent and through which characteristic to request a reading from the device? I see that it's possible through their app?

Thanks @DaveOddy - unfortunately I expect they are using some kind of magic numbers in requests which are hard to capture when the app is on iOS. Edit: please take a look in notes.md where I wrote down some of the findings.
