Slider and page scroll

I have a page with horizontal sliders. On a touch device, it is very hard to scroll down on the page without grabbing one of the sliders 'by accident' and changing the slider value...
Is there a setting in bootstrap slider to disable the slider functionality if we are scrolling the page?
In the default setup, when accidentally grabbing the slider when scrolling, the slider moves instead of the page.
