Production 모드에서만 이렇게 오류나는 것으로 확인됨 - NO!!! 메인 페이지에서만 일어남

아마도 NewsHeadlineMobile이 height 값을 지정하는 과정에서 이상하게 되버린듯.
애초에 height가 12% 정도인데 full 화면을 채우는것부터 이상했음.

버그 원인 확인됨 - 모바일 브라우저의 주소 탭 부분만큼 스크롤이 안 됨. 주소 탭이 hide 상태인 경우 스크롤에 문제가 없음 - 특정 페이지와는 상관 없음
