- Watch config file for changes, emit changes to frontend

- Don't want to load hipchat/IRC for admins not using them
- Look into showing colors in commandstar output
- Tests for REST Endpoints
- Tests for web sockets
- Headless browser testing for CSS/updates/etc
- Code snippet / image generator for server up/down
- Make it super easy to embed status on another page
