Cannot compile with tsc

If I change all the MockBindingInterface to typeof MockBindingInterface, it compiles. The same issue is present for 10.5.0 and 11.0.0 (from NPM, not GitHub). Is there something I'm missing here?

This was actually a problem in our application code, which had the following conflicting definition:

declare module '@serialport/binding-mock';
