Private Repretoir of Information Managed by the United Services, or PRIMUS, is a database used by the military, police forces as well as other intelligence organizations on Ramath-lehi. The database contains the information of anyone in the public sector who has ever been fingerprinted, arrested or holds a government position. It also contains information on most of the flora and fauna creatures on the planet as well as identification information concerning most types of vehicles.
