Hello,

Congratulations on being featured on the DEV community digest! I wouldn't have found such a useful pattern if not for their decision to highlight your effort.

It looks like this was a short-term project and does not appear to have long-term maintenance. I would like to make a few modifications, including updating for Python 3 support (Python 2 having reached EOL), and adding something like a docker-compose to help orchestrate the individual services. I've forked it for my own interest, but if you are interested in a pull-request (or just individual features), let me know.

All the best,

Tythos
