Make it more obvious that apps should listen for Player errors, not HTMLVideoElement errors

Application developers should listen for errors on Player, not on HTMLVideoElement. This is demonstrated only casually in the tutorials, but never called out explicitly.

This should be stated explicitly in the tutorials and probably called out in some other appropriate place(s) in the docs. See also #80.
