Failed to create template

I have installed the package from NuGet like so:
dotnet new install SeawispHunter.Unity3D.Package.Template::0.1.1.

Then on running dotnet new unitypackage --company "My Company" I get this error:
"Error: [C:\Users\Mateusz.templateengine\packages\SeawispHunter.Unity3D.Package.Template.0.1.1.nupkg(/content/.template.config/template.json)]: Post action at index '1' should have an 'actionId' to declare the action to be executed.
Template "Unity Package" could not be created.
Failed to create template.
