Import OpenSceneGraph (.osgjs) meshes

Blender addon for importing OpenSceneGraph (.osgjs) meshes. Copied directly from a now-deleted repository, with only minor cosmetic changes.

The addon works on a folder containing the files file.osgjs and model_file.bin.
