Update sample team names.

Let's update the team names to be aws specific. I propose building names....Kumo, Blackfoot, Doppler. Once this is done, we will need to update the app of apps repo + sample repo to reflect.

Why would you do that? Names are aligned with AWS terminology already, for example, project Paris (EKS-D) was named after T. Paris from Voyager. Kumo and other suggested names are less relevant for OSS community and customers.

As long as we adhere to a convention on naming, I see no issue spending time changing it. BTW, another franchise would also work if there is a preference, e.g if you are more into Dragon Ball Z or Naruto :)
