add an option to fully synchronize library with covers (next to existing sync without covers)
add an option to partially synchronize library with covers (next to existing sync without covers)
add configuration allowing to keep covers in sync automatically
process covers before sending to assure fitting into the file size limits

Prerequisite: sharenite/sharenite#26
