The NRI and NTI indices have been developed as a side project (see ref below).
These can be transferred across to the main distribution, and the MPD and MNTD
indices shifted into the phylocom indiecs list.

This issue was updated by revision r2213.
Update the test infrastructure and add PhyloCom.pm to the @ISA for Indices.
Make sure we explicitly use Math::BigInt.
t/24-Indices_phylocom_nri_nti.t can actually be deleted since it is all in
t/24-Indices_phylocom.t.

This issue was updated by revision r2214.
Shift the mpd/mntd calculations into PhyloCom.pm.
This way we have all the phylocom indices in the one package.
