| Dosing | IV injection for endotracheal intubation: 10-60 mg. Continuous IV infusion: dilute with normal saline or 5% dextrose to 0.1-0.2% solution, with rate of 2.5 mg/min. Infants and children: 1 mg/kg/dose intravenously or 2 to 3 mg/kg/dose intramuscularly. |
