Dosing | Sjogren's syndrome - Xerostomia: 30 mg PO TID. |

Contraindications | Uncontrolled asthma, when miosis is undesirable eg. in acute iritis & in narrow-angle glaucoma. |
Adverse Effects | Excessive sweating, nausea, rhinitis, diarrhea, excessive salivation, urinary frequency, asthenia, flushing, palpitation, dyspepsia, abdominal pain, UTI, cough, vomiting. (Common) Dermatologic: Sweating symptom Gastrointestinal: Diarrhea, Excessive salivation, Indigestion, Nausea, Vomiting Renal: Urinary tract infectious disease Respiratory: Bronchitis, Cough, Rhinitis, Sinusitis, Upper respiratory infection (Serious) Cardiovascular: Chest pain (1-3%), Edema (1-3%), Palpitations (1-3%) Ophthalmic: Eye / vision finding (1-3%) |
