| Adverse Effects | Dry mucosa; dermatitis facialis, pruritus, sweating. Occasionally, reversible alopecia, muscle & joint pain. Rarely, inflammatory bowel disease; hyperuricaemia; benign intracranial hypertension, visual disturbances & photosensitivity reactions. Hematuria/proteinuria, hirsutism, pancreatitis, lymphadenopathy. Rarely, depression. Dermatologic: Alopecia (6.4% ), Cheilitis (91.3% to 95.5% ), Dry skin (87.1% ), Pruritus (22.8% ), Retinoid dermatitis (68% ) Gastrointestinal: Xerostomia Musculoskeletal: Arthralgia, Backache Ophthalmic: Conjunctivitis Respiratory: Epistaxis |
